Guess who recently watched The Hobbit _{three times} :3

Sooo here we have a first semi-quick fan art, I was really going for a sketchy look here but ended up with rather complex shading and light again. I need to learn to draw faster :/
Drawing anything with human-like anatomy and facial structures is also way out of my comfort zone, but heh that's why I should finally practice it.

ANYWAY I LOVED THIS MOVIE SO MUCH
Martin Freeman was brilliant as Bilbo; I was afraid I'd see him as John Watson the whole time, but no, he fit the role perfectly and he's such a great actor! Also loved how they gave every dwarf a distinct look and personality and feeling; and Thorin being SO MAJESTIC; and RICHARD ARMITAGE being stunningly adorable; and those breathtaking landscapes again; And all the feelings, it was like coming home to middle earth again

I like how Thorin seems to be trying to usher Bilbo back behind him with his elbow there, but Bilbo is like, "Nope," and moving to stand by the dwarf's side.

Oh, yes, and you're absolutely right. The song is totally unrelated and has absolutely nothing to do with Thorin and Bilbo *innocent whistling*
